I am a clinical nurse specialist working with patient education via the internet. I need information about literacy not just readability levels. At this point I need references to explain the differences. Education departments are focused on readability levels and education is needed to look at the total process of how an individual learns. Any suggestions/guidances references would be appreciated. Thank-you Bonnie Anton RN MN bba@nauticom.net
