I too would be interested in this info. I am a clinical nurse specialist
working with patient education via the internet. I need information
about literacy not just readability levels. At this point I need
references to explain the differences. Education departments are focused
on readability levels and education is needed to look at the total
process of how an individual learns.
Any suggestions/guidances references would be appreciated.
