Kathy: I am glad to hear about the task force. Please review the Health
Literacy Tool Box, a project of this list, I would like to list your group
as a resource. A single page write up with info on how to consult the force
would be great. Perhaps your members also have articles to contibute?

Be sure to get the entire URL. To get to the resources section, from the
yellow menu on the left, select Articles and Info. Thanks! SS

Hello All,

I just joined and wanted to let you know there are folks around the =
country (myself included) available as resources for questions =
concerning the legal responsibilities to bridge language and cultural =
barriers. (Title VI etc.) I am the founder of the newly formed National
=
Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Task Force, a group of advocates and =
attorneys spanning education, housing, employment, the judicial system =
and health and human services. Chances are one of us can answer language
=
access questions. Also, if there are any advocates out there who want to
=
join us, please get in touch.
