We are beginning with a packet on health literacy that is being distributed at student/resident orientations to the library. We are also working with the residency trainers to use a video that we have that has a segment showing a doctor using the techniques described in the video for giving patient education. I'd be interested in specifics on your program and info on a needs assessment if you get any responses. Can't ever have too many good ideas to follow up on !!
