Hello,

I'm Matthew Scelza, Programs Director for California Literacy, a statewide organization providing leadership and support services for adult education programs.  Cal Lit is promoting Health Literacy as one of our major projects, and I have a question for the list:

If you could wave the proverbial magic wand and design the ideal statewide system for promoting health literacy, what would it look like?
