	Oct. 9th -  Held meeting with Congregational Nurses to talk about a
health literacy
		   grant proposal which will involve their commitment to
focusing on health
                            literacy in their health ministries.
	Oct. 24th - Flyers given to Congregational Nurses from Houston,
Austin, Corpus Christi
		    and San Antonio, Texas at a quarterly meeting at Texas
Dept. of Health in
		    Austin, Texas.
	Oct. 25th - Flyers given at Texas A&M University's health fair. 125
students stopped at
		     our booth.
	Oct. 30th-  Inservice given to the volunteer nurses at a local
health clinic for the indigent. 
	Oct. 31st.  Flyers put out in the hospital cafeteria on health
literacy.
	                 (All flyers and information given included the web
site for the Health Literacy
                              tool box.)

	Very positive responses. The Congregational Nurses are excited about
incorporating
	the health literacy view in their health ministries.
