Here is what I just learned from those who know about such things at NIFL: "The posting wasn't blank (see the archives). Their mail server is not configured to understand MIME attachments it would appear. Until their server's configuration is corrected best bet is to point them to the archives when they receive a blank message. The list server is properly processing the message."
