Hi Kim,

You may want to check the book: Stewart, A and Ware, J (Eds). (1992). Measuring Functioning and Well-Being. The medical outcome study approach. Duke University Press, The Rand Corporation. Good luck!

I am trying to locate a copy of the SF-36 and the reduced SF-12. Does
anyone on this list know where I can order a copy? I'm also assuming
there is no lower literacy validated version of the SF-36 out there, is
there? Thanks for your reply.

Kim Riley
