X-Listprocessor-Version: 6.0c -- ListProcessor by Anastasios Kotsikonas X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 5.00.2314.1300 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Type: text/plain; Status: RO Content-Length: 899 Lines: 28 Rita, Thank you for alerting us to a virus in an attachment to a NIFL-Health posting from Linda McIntosh. Unfortunately for me, I opened her message before I opened yours. Alas, it's so easy to have a virus and pass it on to others - without knowing you have done so. Here are some of the lessons I am learning: * Don't open attachments that don't have a message with them - even from people you know * Make sure you frequently update your anti-virus software. I'm trying to remember to do this at least weekly. * Read all your messages and headers before you open your mail. I've alerted NIFL to this situation. I'll keep everyone posted if/when I learn anything new.
