It does seem that messages with a MIME format are often troublesome. I checked with one of NIFL's technical folks and learned that this relates to the way a message is built, not received. Anyway, here's the technical answer about at least one of the blank messages: "The message ... appears to have body content seperators that are incorrectly formed (not following RFC standards). [The sender] should notify her mail administrator of the problem. It would be a problem with the way the message is built before being sent to the recipients (in this case the list)." I am happy to pass this information along to those of you who are fluent technology speakers. But if I had to take a test on my understanding of what this means - I'd be a Level 1!
