We have a Patient and Family Education Committee (complete with Medical
Staff representation) that reviews and approves all patient/family ed tools
regardless of medium or origin. Almost all of our materials are created by
education department staff (teaching plans, flipcharts, instruction tear
sheets, etc). The only commercially produced materials we purchase are
videos.

We use a professional translator service to convert our English text to
Spanish so that we can provide exactly the same format.

Hope this helps!
