The Q and A format for pamphlets seems too plain for my taste. I have a hard time thinking of this as interaction. Questions like: What causes . . . Who is at risk . . . How do you treat . . . So, what does involve interaction? Checking a box? Circling an item? Filling in a line? Thinking about a thought provoking question? How do we use interaction effectively to move the reader to action? Has anyone asked patients what they would like to see when it comes to interaction?
