What do listers think about whether it is reasonable to cite JCAHO standards 
as one of many good reasons to promote heath literacy/plain language concepts 
and programs?  I am wondering if this may offer some leverage when 
opportunities arise to encourage commitment to our cause?  Thanks, Debbie
