Hi Jane,

When I wrote the chapter in my book about communicating with people who are
blind, I learned about printing materials in Braille.

Most standard computers can translate information to a Braille printer, as
long as there is sufficient memory to support the necessary software. Be
aware, however, that just because a document is in Braille does not
necessarily mean that it is either understandable or accurate. Just as you
would with any other translation software, make sure someone checks the
print-out for quality and accuracy. If you do not have anyone who can do
this for you, you can contact your local Commission for the Blind.

Jane, you and I are in the same state. Feel free to call me for the number
of the MA Commission for the Blind.
