By all means, let's strive to be both grammatically correct AND in plain 
language.  I hope we won't become lazy in accepting this challenge by using 
"Let's write the way we talk" as an excuse because it "sounds" clearer.  In 
writing, the preposition at the end of the sentence might make it more 
confusing, not less.
