My daughter did not crawl and I was told that we should teach her how to crawl because there was evidence that children who did not crawl would have reading difficulties. My daughter never did learn to crawl but she is now 21 years old and is graduating from college this month. She learned to read before she started school and has always been an avid reader. I have never seen any research data to support the claim that non-crawlers have reading difficulties. Judy
