I’m creating a tool that will measure how well the consortium members are communicating with their customers. We’re looking at phone book entries, web sites, print materials, signage, and voice mail. We’d also like to observe verbal communications. I’m stumped as to how to grade or evaluate this tool (and I’m really not sure what to call it!) Can any of you point me to a resource that I could use as a guide? Or offer suggestions on how to grade the items in the survey? Thank you in advance. -- Anne M.
