How about the AMA Foundation video "You can't tell by looking?"

I train volunteers who read to patients in our pediatric clinics, and to
give them an idea of the relationship between health and literacy, I show
about 10 minutes of the patient/provider interactions in the video. The
impact is always profound whether the viewer works in health care or not.
