If you have an earlier version of the reference, you will find the same information. If you don't have the Gregg Reference Manual, I would rush out an buy it. I find it indispensable. Section 8 of the Gregg Reference Manual covers the rules very clearly with many examples. As for readability with people with reading deficits, has anyone done any testing to see how hyphenation affects them?
