Health Center # 4
San Francisco Department of Public Health, or the
American Heart Association-California Branch would all
have useful material prepared in basic Chinese
characters.

Ottawa-Carleton Regional Health Board has fantastic
materials for Chinese diabetics. All contact numbers
can be accessed through the internet.
