In preparation, I need to conclude the survey of list members. We have had a great response to the survey already--more than 50. I will post a formal report the first week of February. I also want to thank you for the many encouraging comments sent my way by many of you. Serving as your moderator is an enormous privilege and pleasure, and your kind expressions of "job well done" are deeply appreciated. However, I'm sure there are a few gripes out there!
