On the first try, I typed in the keyword "survey" and got some hits, but found that wasn't what she needed. So I tried again with "designing surveys", and presto! I found some great information offered by members of this list on that topic. I am sharing this experience with the list to help Sallie, and also to encourage subscribers to use the Archives.
