I have been searching with intense effort for quite a while (over a year!)
to locate documentation/resources on the following:

Issues in formatting for Readability on the Internet

This is based on a presentation I was present at over 3 years ago that
discussed what most of us know - people read and assimilate information
differently on the Internet (computer).

I am trying to convince my agency of the need for addressing the formatting
they use for placing information on the net to improve readability for
EVERYONE - not just those typically with a label with a reading disability
or "literacy" problem.

I am not sure if I am framing the question incorrectly because I have had
the assistance of research librarians that turn up nothing.

Any help in the right direction would help - Maybe one really good resource
with a reference list?

Thanks
Cherryll
