The Food and Nutrition Information Center at the National Agricultural
Library produces several resource lists for health professionals and
educators.  A new list is now available: 

Nutrition Education for Low-literate Teens & Adults

This list is a compilation of resources that discuss nutrition education and
literacy and the assessment and evaluation of print education materials. A
list of easy-to-read nutrition education materials is also provided.
