I know I have been much less active than in other years -- even when there are questions I could respond to or comments I'd like to make. In part, I think that this has to do with overwhelming volume of e-mail I get each day. There is so much spam lately that often I delete messages I don't intend to -- like Debbie's query today. Alas, I don't have a good solution. I miss the collegiality and exchange of information on NIFL-Health but have to be realistic about what I can manage to read and thoughtfully respond to each day. And that's my 2 cents, ~Helen Helen Osborne M.Ed., OTR/L Health Literacy Consulting helen@healthliteracy.com www.healthliteracy.com www.healthliteracymonth.com
