However, if listers go to www.iom.edu, click on current projects and search the phrase "health literacy", the document comes up. Incidentally, to do this I first searched "Institute of Medicine Committee on Health Literacy" using Google, and came up with some very interesting sites detailing the Committee's work. This Institute is at Emory University. By the way, thanks to everyone who responded to my post asking about the level of activity on the list.
