A public briefing will be held from 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the National Press Club at 529 14th Street, NW, 14th floor in Washington, DC. A reception will follow. Members of the authoring committee will be on hand to speak about the report and to answer questions from the public. This event will be webcast in an audio-only format that allows people to submit questions to the speakers through the web.
