Hello Emma,

I just read your request for information about low-level books on health
topics, and thought you might be interested in a series of "Literacy
Workbooks" published by The John Howard Society of Manitoba. They are very
well done, and address a number of physical/mental/emotional health issues,
such as: surviving child abuse, stress management, healthy relationships,
addiction, etc.

Hope this helps.
