Hello Lorraine, you can call your Knoxville County Extension Service
(215-2340) for curriculum or team train with the Extension educator, Clint
Cummings, who works with this audience through our TN Nutrition and
Consumer Education Program (This program targets food stamp recipients.)
and it includes our TN Shapes Up Program that focuses on weight management
and physical activity. The state leader for the TN Shapes Up program is Dr.
Betty Greer (974-8747). I am responsible for the Move More Program
component. You can give me a call if you want to discuss the above. I am in
all week. Bobbi
