Hi all

I am wondering if any "nifl-health" subscribers work at health insurance
companies. If so, please take a few moments to respond to these questions
or dialogue with me on the subject of health literacy:

Are there established best practices for health insurance companies to
address low health literacy in their member populations?
Does your plan collaborate with providers on any health literacy
   initiatives?
Do you have a pay-for-performance reimbursement scheme tied to health
   literacy?
Can you provide any tips for organizing a committee within a health
insurance company whose goal is to make all plan materials and services
(incl. customer service and case management) more appropriate to the
literacy levels of all plan members?

Thanks to all who reply.
