I am looking for information re: patient education software that can be used to print educational materials specific to the patient's disease process in the home care setting. Ideally it would have the ability to be customized to the patient, be at a low literacy level, and also have the capability to provide medication teaching sheets. Ability to translate into other languages would be a plus. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Lisa Bass MSN, CRNI Infusion Nurse Specialist Home Health VNA, Lawrence, MA
