As Terry mentioned, many don't know the name of their medications but they can likely tell you WHERE they usually get them i.e. Walgreen's, WalMart, Caremark, CVS, etc. Many pharmacies have a national database and with their full name and date of birth, you can call any of these local drug stores and obtain their latest list of meds and doses.
