for a discussion with our very special forum guest Frankie Clark.  Frankie
is 56 year old adult learner with a learning disability.  Although he is a
professional caterer, his goal is better his reading and writing and help
others to become literate.
Frankie's passion for literacy has led him to write a book. He is in the
process of writing a book that will gather information, opinions, of adult
literacy students in Washington, DC. The book will discuss the effectiveness
and ineffectiveness of adult literacy programs; the positive and negative
outcomes for learners; and shared responsibilities between the agencies and
the learners.
You are invited to read his biography and his views on literacy and
philosophy about living a successful life.  Then, submit your questions to
him through April 15.  Check back on May 1 to read the questions and
