For those who are unable to read my messages from time to time, may I
suggest that you check the NIFL Archives when this happens?  The web address
is   http://www.nifl.govlincs and we save all messages there.

Because of security issues, we have had a change in the way the computer
system works and this has created difficulty with some people's ability to
read material in the discussion lists - particularly any message that is
attached or embedded from another source. 

I apologize for the inconvenience, but we are not able to control this here
at NIFL.
