I came across the tax manual example in something I read and I had to laugh because they are impossible, especially if I am working on deadlines which always seems to be the case. On the serious side, I do think it is important to really talk about what we think we are doing and to get other people's view points. I think it is wonderful to have this forum...suppose we were all off alone in our work? Couldn't share? My definition of hell. Nice to hear from you. Andrea
