Your comment "may" also reflect a resistance to another view and approach to assist individuals with reading disabilities. But then many are threatened by anything that might cause them to question their paradigm. This discussion is basic to the nature of the very difficulties many of adult education students have. You certainly have the choice to not read this thread. You can set a filter to ignore it completely or you can consider the information as additional resources in the adult education program. The choice is yours all the way. Wouldn't it be nice if your students with reading disabilities had the same choice?
