I asked our reading specialist your question and she said, "I really never had any specific scripts...I always took whatever narrative story my students were reading, assigned parts(narrator, characters,etc) and let the students work out the script. That way they were reviewing the vocabulary, re-reading (repeated reading) their parts of the script...and that consequently supported fluency and comprehension." Maybe that helps? I liked the idea of letting the students work out the script, anyway....
