I'm not sure if Barbara Wilson has anything separate on that. I know that she encourages it in the Wilson Reading System. Diana King has a good workbook on that, and I think that Mildred Plunkett did as well. Diana King's "Cursive Writing Skills". She has one for right handed and one for left handed. Neat!
