Jeff,
If I am not mistaken, Alan Toops (spelling?) and Laura Weisel have just
completed a study in the Ohio prisons (this year) and they are planning to
present on this at conferences this year.  I haven't seen the reports on
this...just have had Alan and Laura mention this to me in conversations...
so I do not know about their methodology or official results and cannot
comment on that.  At the CASAS conference in June, Alan mentioned high
figures for corrections.  Check with him.

disabilities in corrections populations?
