I was surprised at how many people contacted me on my personal email address, yet they didn't feel comfortable enough to post to the list. For those of you out there that are still hesitant to answer to a previous posting, or to post a question yourself, please jump right in. The LD Discussion List contains a multitude of people in all areas of life that share a common interest in learning disabilities and literacy. I encourage everyone to take that first step to introduce yourself on the list. Re: other guest speakers, I am eager to find out what topics would interest our members. If you have topics and suggested speakers that I can contact, please feel free to send them to me. If other members express their interests, I can get a feel for what might be a popular choice. Thanks again for your comments, Michele. His contributions to the list have helped me immensely. I hope someday at a conference somewhere I will be able to meet him and thank him personally. I would like to see other "guests" to the list. What a wonderful way to use technology! Michele Craig Woodland Adult School Woodland, CA
