Hello:

I am a doctoral student at Texas A&M University, a public school
teacher, and a community college instructor (of developmental reading).
I am interested in any discussion concerning issues of race, poverty and
literacy related to the "digital divide" as it affects the opportunities
and the lack thereof to use telecommunications and computers for
literacy purposes.
