He came in civilian clothes pretending he wanted to volunteer. I was interviewing him and decided that I needed to find out more and directly ask what his roll in the army is at the present time, where he was stationed, what his assignment was, etc. He answered truthfully. I then walked him through our building, introduced him to workers and clients alike. I took him in to meet our executive director without telling her who I believed him to be and why he was at our facility. The first thing he asked her was, "I have a friend in Bosnia that I want to bring to the USA. Is there any way to get him in the country?" To which she replied, "No way!" After a nice little talk, he left. I assume he was satisfied that we are what we claim to be. No one has returned. At first I was a bit upset and then realized that he was doing his job as I do mine. I told my ex. director why he was there and that her answers were honest and open and evidently perfect because he has not returned.
