Folks:

After  getting the last message on deleting that sulfnbk.exe file, I checked
out my machine.  Sure enough I had that black icon.

Instead of deleting it I called my software support rep.  He went through
the procedure as listed in the last message and found that that black icon
was on the same model machine as mine.  That it belongs there and should not
be deleted.

If anyone has any doubts they should check with their software reps or
perhaps we could get a techie person to clear this up for sure.

I'm glad I checked before taking any action.
