These grants are awards in the range of $2,001-$10,000. The deadline for the competition is March 8, 2002. Projects must accomplish one or more of the following objectives: * Create opportunities for students from predominantly Muslim countries to engage in substantive exchange with their U.S. peers and their host communities; * Increase resources and understanding on U.S. campuses about the Muslim world; and/or * Address issues related to women in Muslim cultures.
