It is very useful. The following comment is interesting for the following reasons. The student is a professional chef with a strong background and training and many awards for creativity. One of the projects that he and others are looking into is a cooking school for children. As usual the region that they are looking to serve is a mix of very wealthy and very poor. They are also considering cooking schools for adults. When you speak of the need for education what matters do you feel should be included? Thanks for you assistance.
