Reauthorization

This CLASP audio conference features Urban Institute researcher Pam Loprest,
who will discuss how declines in employment among welfare recipients and
welfare leavers accompanied the weakened economy. She will also show that
welfare recipients who remain on Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
have serious employment barriers. Other guests include Viola Miller,
secretary of Kentucky's Cabinet for Families and Children, and Mark

Kingsley, Kathryn Pettit, Christopher Snow, Peter Tatian, and Alisa Wilson
