I am planning to do a research paper on a phenomena I am experiencing in
my night ABE class and my day job in correctional/special education. My
classes are filling up with younger, more recent dropouts. I want to
interview these young people and come to understand their motivation for
quitting school and for returning. I am considering administering a
learning style survey as part of the design. Has anyone heard of or
done similar research. I need to do a literature search, and so far, I
have not found a lot of research.
Please write and send me suggestions. It is an area that is very
interesting to me.
Thanks,
gina lobaccaro
