Ann

A while back you were looking for Adult Basic Ed.
especially for beginners.
One software that we use in one of our outreach centers and soon will be used in all 5 Centers we have is: Learning 2000's Lifetime Library. This program is is comprehensive in reading , writing and math. It uses photos and KET video clips as well as placement tests and final exams and has a great student progress tracking system.
Good Luck

We are changing from Apple Labs to IBM compatiblecomputers for our academic
education computer labs in the NYS Dept. of Correctional Services education
program. We are looking for appropriate software for adult learners -
especially lower level reading & math, GED level, and bilingual. We will
have capabilities for multimedia - are purchasing Skillsbank and are
looking for other software to supplement it. Any suggestions you have will
be appreciated.
