I know of one set of Rubrics for Internet Use, which can be found at
http://www.lme.mankato.msus.edu/class/629/rubrics.html. They are used as part
of a class called Internet and School Library Media by Don Descy of
Mankato State University. I found out about them from Donna Baumback & Mary
Bird, who adapted the rubrics for Educators. They are at University of
Central Florida. If I find more I'll let you know.
