Control is a double edge sword...  Preventing someone from putting a program
that has not been tested on a bunch of computers could cause a great amount of
problems, but on the other hand, making all software decisions go to a central
committee is to cumbersome and big brother.  Have one main person controlling
the labs computers test the program on one computer then load it to all...
This should streamline the process a bit.
