We're in an elementary and have various programs for the larger community (adults and childrnen) in the evening. I'm checking into the New Deal software also. They have an "Office" and "School" version. If you haven't found it already the Web site is www.newdealinc.com Ont thing you might want to check is the shareware version for 9.95. I'll be testing it in the next few weeks as we just got some 486's donated and I have 1 286 I can try it on. It may not be much help for adult programs, but I'm going to have our kids test it after school so that should at least give an idea of ease of use, and I'd be happy to pass on the results if you're interested. Also for browsers, you might check the W3 Consortium as they do give away that type of software and if anyone has or knows where to get versions for legacy machines they would. I believe it's www.w3.org Good luck and I'd love to hear about anything else you may find. Adele Markert DREWOMARK@aol.com
